Agent-exclusive Eircode territories.
We pull new probate grants from the Probate Office register on courts.ie.
Every grant is matched to its Eircode and a Street View image, then cross-checked against Daft and MyHome so you instantly see whether it's still off-market (most are) or already listed.
You only see grants inside the postcode bundle you've subscribed to.
Most probate properties take 3–6 months to list publicly — that's your window to write a letter or make a call.
Every grant comes from the Probate Office register published on courts.ie — the official public record. We don’t buy data, scrape solicitor websites, or use anything you couldn’t read yourself. Our job is making it usable: daily, postcode-filtered, enriched.
Because the courts.ie register isn’t browsable. To find anything you have to search by deceased surname and year of death. There’s no “show recent grants” view, no county filter.
Yes. The probate register is a public record published by the Irish courts under statutory obligation. We pass on no more than what is already on courts.ie, retain only what is needed, and honour all data subject requests. Privacy notice on request.
One agent per postcode bundle. While you’re subscribed to D04 + D06, no other agent on the platform sees those grants. First-come, first-served on territories.
Any time, from your account page. No notice period, no minimum term.
